The Sprockmas Party
I guess now I have this tendency to post blog entries on the wee hours of the day, and if I’m too sleepy, I continue to do it the morning after.
Well anyway, what I’m gonna share to you readers is about the Sprockmas Party I mentioned on my previous blog entry. I didn’t bring my camera as I was supposed to because the batteries were drained, and realized that I didn’t charged until it was too late.
Not much of a photos here, I grabbed it (with permission) fron Dino, fellow blogger Charlotte and Abigail @ Abby. I came to the venue, Team Sprocket base, with Calista and her brother, Oliver. Not long after that, other guests have arrived and its time for some epic meal.
Apart from yummy mashed potato, chips and cheese, the roasted lamb and the well done roasted turkey made by our friend Robin is superb!
Tristan also made a special cocktail called “White Russian” for us to try, I can say that this is the best cocktail drink I ever tasted so far.
After the satisfying meal, we head on for the Secret Santa present giving. It actually works like this, Tristan (as the organizer of Sprockmas Party) will give out the name of the person to me (as a Secret Santa) and buy present for that person.
Fellow blogger Nathalie got my name so she bought me this as my present,
Whose name do I got to buy presents for? Abigail Phoebe, the cute radio announcer for KKFM, always looking fabulous. I was kinda out of ideas of what present I wanna give to her, but finally I got her the most popular perfume from Body Shop, Cherry Blossom perfume.
Got to admit, the smell of the perfume is heavenly. So I believe that this is the right gift for her.
And here we are, with our presents.
The night continues with awesome stories by Tristan and John, from the guys, lots of laughters and photo-time for the ladies and I get to play Far Cry 3 on Playstation 3 for the first time. That game is epic, too bad I’m not good with console controls especially in FPS (First Person Shooter) game.
Next time, I will play that game in PC version…
Anyway, big thanks to Tristan and the team for inviting me to the party. Its a small but really enjoyable one. Big thanks for Robin too for preparing the turkey and lamb roast, if you wanna get those for a big feast, make sure to call him.
