Day 3: Favorite food

My previous artworks was mainly about people, dinosaurs, pigs (yeah, ngok-ngok), some robots, humanoids, aliens, ships and some flowers. Talking about my Day 3 challenge question, its about my favorite food, to tell you the truth I love many types food, except for the exotic ones. On top of that, I am not good in drawing foodstuffs like dishes (nasi ayam, nasi lemak, vegetables, etc).

So what I do is I draw myself enjoying one of my favorite food, chicken. Who doesn’t love chicken meat? KFC, Kenny Rogers, ayam and buntut ayam panggang at night market, the list goes on.

Here’s what I use to create my drawing,

I actually used 2 types of pencil here, a 2H grade pencil and a mechanical pencil. The 2H was meant to be my light toned outline before being overwrite by a darker tone of my 2B grade mechanical pencil.

I lost all of my artwork pen so when I get one, I will try to use it for my next challenge.

Oh and one more thing, last night me and my friends enjoyed a night out at Beijing Buffet BBQ Steamboat Restaurant, it was a great treat indeed.
