I-Lotus Restaurant: The preview
It was a great privilege last Saturday to attend the soft opening of I-Lotus Restaurant, courtesy of the founder, Irene Hii. This restaurant, situated on the new building lot in Kepayan Point, promises a great new experience for seafood lovers out there.
Together with me was Dinoza with fellow blogger Eric Constantine, Calista and Charlotte.
The restaurant made it first debut in Brunei (2004) with one mission, to serve quality cuisine to its customers. And in that 9 years of service, they have not failed to deliver their goal. A firm believer in quality, their art of cooking is based on a philosophy of using the best ingredients to produce the most delicate of flavor.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is relaxing, the waiter and waitress are always on their toe to better serve the customers. The interior design is soothing to the eye, a compliment to a fine dining experience.
My camera has no Panoramic function, these photos was stitched together using Hugin, an app for stitching together photos for a panoramic view.
I-Lotus Restaurant was recognized as one of Asia’s finest restaurant in the 2009/2010 edition of The Miela Guide, Asia’s first truly independent and authoritative restaurant guide.
