Have a drink first

We are firstly introduced with Vegetable Juice, the taste was just nice and gentle for the tastebuds.

Beijing Duck Supreme!

Beijing/Peking Duck is a famous duck cuisine originating from Beijing that has been prepared since the heydays of imperial era, and is now considered one of China’s national foods.

Here in Gam Tong, this wholesome Beijing Duck cuisine set costs only RM88++, and enough to feed up to 5 people. Serving of this cuisine is also unique for me Traditionally, the tender and crispy duck skin are sliced in front of the diners by the cook, as you can see from the photo below.

The juice starts to come out from the duck meat, the duck skin is eaten with pancakes, scallion, cucumber sticks and sweet bean sauce.

First you take the thin pancake and spread the sweet bean sauce over it, then yoy put on the duck skin slice together with the scallion and cucumber stick. Finally fold in over and eat like a king. I really love the sweet bean sauce, and the combination is absolutely fantastic.

Bittergourd Sliced Duck with Black Bean

I didn’t mind about the bitter tasting bittergourd, the gravy compliments with the taste of sliced duck meat.

I really like the beancurd, so light and tasty. All of these tasty dishes served with rice.
