Anchor Say Cheese campaign goes Phase 2 with European inspired delicacies

The Second Phase of Anchor Say Cheese campaign, was launched in Kota Kinabalu last weekend by Anchor Food Professionals, the foodservice division of Fonterra Brands Malaysia. Together with its bakery partner in Sabah, Port View Euro Bakery, Anchor Food Professionals continues to delight customers with signature desserts created using quality real butter, cream cheese, milk and cream from its highly popular Anchor range.

The exclusive Anchor Say Cheese signature creations are available at selected bakeries throughout the country from now until December 2016. Each bakery partner will whip up the delicious Anchor branded desserts using the original recipes and training provided by Fonterra’s patisserie chefs, with a slight tweak to suit the unique preference  of its customer.

These tasty desserts is available in Sabah exclusively at Port View Euro Bakery. While the First Phase focused on Japanese inspired desserts with heavy use of Anchor Cream Cheese, this new selection of desserts are more European themed and feature delicious sweet bread as well.

The bottom two are the signature breads, First Love, a sweet bread with a brown sugar cream cheese in the center sprinkled with brown sugar for that added crunch. Lady Marmalade, a sweet bread with an orange cream cheese filling topped with orange candied peel.

My personal favourite would be the Cheeznie, cream cheese sandwiched between two slices of decadent chocolate brownies and topped with chopped walnuts, the generous amount of cream cheese filling is what I love about this dessert.

Almond Rosa

The second one which is also another favourite, Almond Rosa, soft and nutty almond butter sponge cake with rich layer of cream cheese.

The bread selection is available at RM2.80 per piece and the cake selection is available from RM6.00 per piece.  With the purchase of 2 boxes of the signature desserts, customers will be given a limited edition Anchor spoon.
